Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be available for pre-order. This policy explains how pre-order purchases may be changed or canceled.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment. Payment is collected at checkout, and your order will be fulfilled once the item becomes available.

You may cancel a paid pre-order as long as it has not yet been fulfilled or shipped. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.

All book sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@sheproseofficial.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.
